Legal Opposition Papers served in Kondratick lawsuit
On February 29, 2008, legal counsel retained by the Orthodox Church in America served papers in opposition to the lawsuit brought against the Church by Elizabeth Kondratick, wife of former OCA Chancellor, Robert S. Kondratick. The papers will be filed with the Supreme Court of Nassau County, Long Island, NY, where the suit will be heard.
