Liturgical Schedule for 21st All-American Council Announced

Hierarchical Divine Liturgy celebrated at the 20th AAC held in Baltimore, MD

The schedule of liturgical services has been released for the 21st All-American Council, taking place July 14–18, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ.

In addition to the Moliebens that open and close the Council, the liturgical schedule will feature services led by clergy from stavropegial institutions, military and institutional chaplains, and the Holy Synod. In honor of the glorification of Matushka Olga, an All-Night Vigil will be served Wednesday evening and a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy the next morning with the full participation of the Holy Synod of Bishops.

An Akathist to All Saints of North America has been added to the schedule on Friday morning, followed later that day by the Closing Molieben to conclude the Council.

Monday, July 14
7:00 PM — Opening Molieben

Tuesday, July 15
7:00 AM — Divine Liturgy
(Celebrated by clergy of Stavropegial institutions)
6:00 PM — General Panikhida

Wednesday, July 16
7:00 AM — Divine Liturgy
(Celebrated by chaplains serving across the Orthodox Church in America)
6:00 PM — All-Night Vigil
(Concelebrated with the Holy Synod of Bishops)

Thursday, July 17
8:00 AM — Hierarchical Divine Liturgy
(Celebrated by the Holy Synod and guest bishops, with diocesan chancellors, abbots, and seminary rectors)

Friday, July 18
7:00 AM — Akathist to All Saints of North America
1:00 PM — Closing Molieben

The general Panikhida served Tuesday evening will commemorate the many clergy who have reposed in the Lord in the last four years since the last All-American Council. People will have the opportunity to submit names of the departed to be remembered at the Panikhida.
