Schedule and Agenda for the 21st All-American Council Now Available
With the approval of the Metropolitan Council and the Holy Synod of Bishops, and upon recommendation of the Preconciliar Commission, the tentative Schedule and Agenda of the 21st All-American Council are now available.
These two documents, along with a number of other relevant documents, will be included in the Delegate Handbook, which is currently in its final revision.
Registration for delegates and observers is still available online at oca.org/aac. On that page, you will also find the link for the hotel registration at the Arizona Grand Resort.

A few highlights from the schedule:
- The Council Registration booth will be open starting Sunday, July 13, at 5:00 PM.
- The first plenary session of the 21st All-American Council is slated to convene at 6:00 PM on Monday, July 14.
- The All-American Council will again have a Youth Program, and registrations are still available. Youth events will begin on Sunday and continue throughout the week.
- As in the past, a number of Dioceses will hold their assemblies and other events throughout the week.
- Receptions will again be hosted by Saint Tikhon’s Seminary and Saint Vladimir’s Seminary on Tuesday evening. Saint Tikhon’s reception will be off-site.
- There is an additional plenary session which is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon from 3:00-5:00 PM.
- In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the repose of St. Tikhon of Moscow, there will be a presentation available to anyone on Wednesday afternoon.
- The liturgical schedule will be posted in the coming days. Divine Liturgies will be served at 7:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively by the clergy of the Stavropegial Institutions and the Military and Institutional Chaplains. The Hierarchical Liturgy with the Holy Synod will be served on Thursday.
- Both the Vigil on Wednesday and the Divine Liturgy on Thursday will highlight the new hymnography for Saint Olga.
- A Panikhida for all the departed clergy and laymen of the Orthodox Church in America since the last AAC will be served on Tuesday at 5:30 PM, and an Akathist to the Saints of North America will be served in front of the new icon of the North American Saints on Friday at 7:00 AM.
- On Thursday evening, the Grand Banquet is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM.
- The final plenary session will convene on Friday, July 18, from 9:00-11:00 AM.
