On Saturday, July 16, 2022, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon arrived in Baltimore, MD where he was warmly welcomed by members of the Holy Synod of Bishops, All-American Council participants, attendees at the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in America’s 95th annual national Convention participants, members of the AAC Local Planning Committee and clergy and faithful representing area parishes.
On Saturday evening, the hierarchs and faithful attended Great Vespers in the ballroom of the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel, which has been transformed into a beautiful chapel for the week. The hotel is the site of the 20th All-American Council of the Orthodox Church in America, which formally opens on Monday evening, July 18. The FOCA Convention is meeting at the same hotel from July 15-18.
