His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon, presided at the Fall Session of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America at the Chancery November 14-17, 2017.
Metropolitan Tikhon celebrated the opening prayer service in the Chancery’s Saint Sergius of Radonezh Chapel, after which he delivered his address to the assembled hierarchs. A variety of reports by the OCA’s officers, departments, boards and commissions were reviewed during plenary sessions. His Eminence, Archbishop Michael celebrated the mid-week Divine Liturgy.
