On Wednesday morning, August 4, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon served a Panikhida for the newly departed Protopresbyter Leonid Kishkovsky at Saint Sergius Chapel at the Chancery of the Orthodox Church in America. After the memorial service, His Beatitude offered thanks to God for Father Leonid’s many years of faithful service to the Orthodox Church in America. He reflected further that Father Leonid, as a true priest of the Church, beautifully combined his own personality with those gifts given to him by God. May Father Leonid’s memory be eternal!
