On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon presided over the Panikhida for His Beatitude Metropolitan Theodosius at Saint John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Canonsburg, PA. At the conclusion of the Panikhida, Metropolitan Tikhon gave closing remarks which can be read here.
