15th All-American Council Exhibitor Applications now available on OCA.org web site

Applications, contracts, and other information for exhibitors at the 15th All-American Council are now available on the OCA web site. Links to this documentation in PDF format are proved below.

The application deadline is October 1, 2008.

The exhibit halls will be open to vendors interested in promoting their goods and services to Council participants. Limited space is available at the upcoming Council, and vendor applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors are asked to make their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

The 15th All-American Council will be utilizing the services of APA Exhibitors, a Pittsburgh company that has worked with the OCA in the past. APA will provide booths, signage, and other resources for exhibitors. They can also arrange for shipping of items to and from the council as well as any special needs or requests.

Space is also available for displays for dioceses, departments, and institutions that are associated with the OCA.

The 15th All-American Council of the Orthodox Church in America will take place from November 10 to 13, 2008 at the Pittsburgh Hilton Hotel, Pittsburgh, PA.
