Cleveland Deanery announces schedule of lenten Akathistos Hymns
The parishes of the Cleveland Deanery will host a series of Sunday evening celebrations of Akathistos Hymns during Great Lent.
All services begin at 5:00 p.m. Lenten dinners will follow at 6:15.
- Sunday, March 20—Akathistos Hymn in Honor of the Passion of Christ, Archangel Michael Church, Broadview Heights, OH.
- Sunday, March 27—Akathistos Hymn in Honor of the Holy Cross, St. John the Baptist Church, Campbell, OH.
- Sunday, April 3—Akathistos Hymn “Glory to God for All Things,” Sts. Peter and Paul Orthodox Church, Lorain, OH.
- Sunday, April 10—Akathistos Hymn in Honor of the Saints of North America, St. Andrew Church, Maple Heights, OH.
