Reservations closed for banquet honoring episcopal consecration of Bishop-elect Michael

Reservations for the banquet honoring the episcopal consecration of Archimandrite Michael [Dahulich], Bishop-elect of the Diocese of New York and New Jersey, were closed on March 31, 2010.

The seating limit of 600 attendees was met earlier than had been expected, according to Archpriest Joseph Lickwar, diocesan chancellor.

Great Vespers and Nomination will be celebrated at Saints Peter and Paul Church, Jersey City, NJ, on Friday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m., with the consecration Divine Liturgy to be celebrated on Saturday, May 8 at 9:00 a.m.

On Sunday, Bishop Michael will celebrate the Divine Liturgy at Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral, New York, NY at 9:30 a.m.
