On December 24 and 25, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon will preside over the Nativity services at the Monastery of Saint Tikhon of Zadonsk.

All services will be livestreamed on the Monastery’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.

Thursday, December 24:
6:30 PM Nativity Vigil

Friday, December 25:
9:00 AM Divine Liturgy

We encourage all those who are unable to attend these important and festive liturgical services in-person because of the pandemic and related restrictions, to join His Beatitude and the Brotherhood of the Monastery of Saint Tikhon for the celebration of the great feast of the Nativity of Our Lord, God, and Savior Jesus Christ.

On Friday morning, at the end of the Festal Divine Liturgy, His Beatitude will present a Primatial Gramota to the Monastery in gratitude for the monastery’s offering of live-streaming services during the pandemic.

The Monastery of Saint Tikhon of Zadonsk, located in South Canaan, PA and founded in 1905, is the first and oldest Orthodox monastery in the American continent.
