Office of Pastoral Life Clergy Wives Ministry to Host Retreat: Reading C.S. Lewis with Children
On Saturday August 30 at 1:00 PM (EST) the Office of Pastoral Life’s Clergy Wives Ministry of the Orthodox Church in America will present a one-hour Zoom retreat entitled “Reading C.S. Lewis with Children.”
The writings of C.S. Lewis, with their rich Christian imagery and engaging stories, can have great value for Orthodox readers.
Our speaker will be Father Andrew Cuneo, pastor of Saint Katherine of Alexandria Orthodox Church in Encinitas, CA. He is also a well-known C.S. Lewis scholar who will help us discover meaningful ways of sharing Lewis’ writings with young readers.
Registrants will receive a link to the retreat on Friday the 29th.
