Podcast of All-American Council sixth plenary session available
A podcast of the sixth plenary session of the 16th All-American Council of the Orthodox Church in America on Thursday, November 3, 2011, is available in two parts.
Part One — available here — is devoted to a proposal to reduce the current assessment of $105.00 per member to $50.00. After some five hours of discussion and debate, an amended resolution was passed, calling for retention the current assessment for 2012 with incremental reductions in the years thereafter. The resolution with amendment passed by a 269-178 vote.
