Podcasts of All-American Council third, fourth plenary sessions available
A podcast of the third plenary session of the 16th All-American Council of the Orthodox Church in America on Tuesday afternoon, November 1, 2011, is now available.
Unlike the first and second sessions, the third plenary was devoted to strategic planning workshops on ten broad areas of concern ranging from parish development to leadership management, theological and continuing education, funding, and contemporary issues, among others. The summaries at the conclusion of the podcast are of primary interest.
A podcast of the fourth plenary session on the morning of Wednesday, November 2, which extended into the early afternoon, also is now available. Highlights include the reports of Melanie Ringa, Treasurer (here); the internal and external auditors; ministry departments; and the Metropolitan Council (here).
