Delegate Handbook and Reports of the Officers Now Available for the 21st All-American Council
The Delegate Handbook for the 21st All-American Council, in Phoenix, AZ is now available for download.
Inside the Handbook, delegates will find an explanation of the All-American Council, delegate instructions, proposed Statute Resolutions, and other useful information.
All delegates attending the Council are asked to carefully review the contents so that they are fully-prepared to participate. Hard copies of the Handbook will not be available at the Council.
Anyone who wants a hard copy must print it themselves ahead of time.
