On Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the Grand Banquet of the 20th All-American Council, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon awarded the Primatial Gramota to Archpriest Theodore Boback, Clergy Chair of the Local Committee, and the St. Innocent Award, Bronze class to Ms. Lisa Mikhalevsky, Lay Chair of the Local Committee, for their faithful service to the Orthodox Church in America, especially as Clergy and Lay Chairs of the Local Committee for the 20th All-American Council. His Beatitude also awarded Mr. Barry Migyanko, Executive Administrator, the St. Innocent Award, Silver class for his many years of service to the Orthodox Church in America, and especially to the Central Administration.
