On Thursday morning, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon presided at the celebration of the hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the 20th All-American Council. Those at the Liturgy enjoyed a special choir performance from the Youth of the AAC. After Liturgy, the youth had a special breakfast with members of the Holy Synod. The Fourth Plenary Session then convened which covered various reports, resolutions, and elections.
